Hi Sonie,

Maybe a fungal overgrowth in the sinus. Have you tried CS in a spray bottle and

snuff it up? Works with my gf.

For shingles, incorporate VCO in the diet. Min of 3 1/2 Tbs per 150 lb of

weight.

Careful there old chum. Could be mistaken for picking as opposed to

scratching. That works every time too; guaranteed to gross out everyone

who is within seeing distance that is.

It could be a nasal hair. Use scissors, an electric nasal / ear hair clipper,

or, for
