Guest guest
I have been red wine pulling for a few weeks now and lately, this is bringing up some really disgusting problem. I have been increasing the number of times of swishing and gargling and now I am really just gargling, hanging my head back for a few minutes for at least 4 fresh swishes. All I can say is, thot you always had just post nasal drip???? Guess again. I am bring down " post nasal drip " doing it this way and really am mortified at what actually lives in your sinuses! I am talking about big ones. Not little fibers. Like the size of a single peanut. I am REALLY considering oil pulling now to mix this up some. I never did oil pulling more than a couple times because I could not stand oil swishing in my mouth. But I do think I am beyond that now because I have taken oil for qhite awhile by spoon. Anyone else brave enough to share their experiences with red wine pulling? Oh, and on a happier note, the wine is not staining my teeth anymore! I wonder if that stain was something the wine was fighting and killing on the teeth. Lyn
