Guest guest
Hi Mal - i'm a proponent of Ozone Therapy (using an ozone generator, NOT the air purifiers/cleaners that everyone is sooooooo familiar with and mistakes mine for). i have 2 *cosmetic* symptoms left: - my bald patches on my scalp have not yet grown back, :-( i've been diagnosed with Alopecia Aerata by a dermatologist. he's currently on vacation for a few more weeks, but he if thinks/offers cortisone injections will help, i'm going for it. in the meantime, i'm slathering on coconut oil on my scalp before bed. - my fingernails and 2 big toes have improved big-time in the past year or so. they don't look nearly as bad as they did years ago. i've recently started working a part-time job (yay!!!!!!!!!)...and in general, i'm able to do normal everyday stuff without any problem (errands, cooking, going out with family & friends) for almost a year now). i sleep very well and do not suffer from any fatigue during day. what Ozone Therapy does is oxidize the toxins from your body. the best protocol is with a steam sauna + ozone generator, and ear insufflations. doing liver flushes/cleanses is also a must. this detoxification modality (Ozone Therapy) isn't easy. u will see rashes & /or pustules (it is unsightly and sometimes it's painful), and could take months to finally clear up...but once it does, u get ur life back. --- In , cathy desmond <cahydesmond@...> wrote: > > Have you tried MMS or ozone? cathy >
