Why Borage oil vs. primrose oil & WHY 3-6-9 Balance is impt.

You asked why I use Borage oil (or primrose oil). It helps my eczema...and --It also maintains healthy skin, hair and nails and generally helps to bring about hormonal and emotional balance... & much more per the 3 links below.

Note in the second link ...it states that Borage oil contains both Omega 6 and Omega 9 in the form of Gamma-LINOLENIC acid and Oleic acid and is in fact, one of the BEST sources of GLA...and GLA is anti-inflammatory CONTRARY to other types of Omega 6 oils.--like just plain =linoleic acid.

We ALL need to get the right balance of 3-6-9 oils...for good brain & otherwise health.

Enig Ph.D.wrote a whole book on just fats.including GREAT coconut oils, too.

NOW brand / Borage oil has excellent GLA 6's. & 9's..and MORE GLA than primrose oil for the following reason...quoted from one website ---and we use other fats like olive oil and coconut oil...as it IS a GOOD saturated fat...contrary to myths.
