Guest guest
I have to add to this that anything that you say during a conversation with your insurer can be applied to the CLUE database and used against you later. A good for instance is that when I spoke to the Workmans Comp " advocate " , she indicated that I owned birds and that could be the cause of my lung disease. I asked how she knew that and she said that Travelers Insurance knew it. She didn't care that the bird tests were negative. They would still use it against me. I also found out the hard way that any bird with the exception of maybe a cockatiel or budgie are considered " exotic " and " dangerous " . So are certain types of dogs. Never volunteer any extra info that might consider you a higher risk. The underwriters don't want any risks at all and will fight you tooth and nail for any payouts. No one seems to know who the underwriters are or if they do, aren't willing to divulge them. This is all New World Order Big Brother stuff. The crooked dogbite chasing lawyers have spoiled it for legitimate claimants. I also had an insurance inspector tell me that I needed to cut down some branches from an old oak tree that the utility company told me was very healthy. They're out there taking pictures of any potential liability. I think it's mostly when you're switching companies that they do all this.
