Guest guest
Oh yes, yes, I took pyc for the first year in 1995, then switched to G.S.E. since I found it less expensive and maybe even more effective.....docs don't want to believe in something we found that " works " ....I'm so much my own doctor....Use Dr. Google a lot. ________________________________ To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Tuesday, July 10, 2012 7:09 PM Subject: Pycnogenol/Joyce  Hi Joyce, I've been taking pycnogenol for years. Using it, I've reversed diabetic retinopathy (even tho my eye doc doesn't believe pyc had anything to do with the reversal).  Excellent stuff! Guest guest
Dianne, are we on the samge page.   Grape Seed Extract and Pycnogenol are antioxidants known as OPC's.  Some do get confused with the GSE terms....  ________________________________ To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Tuesday, July 10, 2012 7:09 PM Subject: Pycnogenol/Joyce  Hi Joyce, I've been taking pycnogenol for years. Guest guest
As good as Pycnogenol is, I've read that Grape Seed Ex is just as good, maybe better. When I first started with Pycnogenol back in 1995, we were at a lecture on this supplement and told it " MAY " prevent cancer....I got on it right away...first things to go were allergies and sinus issues...stayed on Pyc for a year and then found Grape Seed Ex....now 16 yrs later I'm still healthy.... Just this narley spinal stenosis, all worse since hip replacement 20 months ago. ________________________________ To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Wednesday, July 11, 2012 5:54 PM Subject: Re: Pycnogenol/Joyce Hi, have used the pycnogenol yrs ago and not for very long, so didn't know if it did some good. have many things wrong, lyme, bart, babs, and several other co's. i understand it helps the immune system. i didn't know. g.s.e. was for the immune system. will look up the site/link you listed and learn something. g.s.e. is indeed much cheaper. thanks barbara > ** > > > Grape Seed Extract > > Here's a good site, very informative: grapeseedextract.com > > Don't endorse the company, but like their info. > > Ridded me of allergy/sinus issues...and lots more stuff....joyce > > ________________________________ > > To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO > Sent: Wednesday, July 11, 2012 4:27 PM > Subject: Re: Pycnogenol/Joyce > > > Hi Joyce, > > what is G.S.E.? > > barbara > > Tue, Jul 10, 2012 at 7:14 PM, JOYCE MARTINO wrote: > > > ** > > > > > > > Oh yes, yes, I took pyc for the first year in 1995, then switched to > > G.S.E. since I found it less expensive and maybe even more > > effective.....docs don't want to believe in something we found that > > " works " ....I'm so much my own doctor....Use Dr. Google a lot. > > > > ________________________________ > > > > To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO > > Sent: Tuesday, July 10, 2012 7:09 PM > > Subject: Pycnogenol/Joyce > > > > > > > > Hi Joyce, > > I've been taking pycnogenol for years. Guest guest
Barbara, I've been taking these OPC's since 1995 and I'll die taking them....I've bought many, right now, my favorite is ActiVin 200mg Grape Seed Extract from vitacost...., if you can 200 mg two times per day with food if you need to. Now if you take a blood thinner, then caution. Give them a GOOD TRIAL if you end up taking them. Grape Seed cleans and thins the blood, gets rid of sticky clumpy blood. joyce ________________________________ To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Wednesday, July 11, 2012 7:55 PM Subject: Re: Pycnogenol/Joyce i think i will get some and try it. i have several allergies, post nasal drip, even though i avoid allergic foods. lately i'm doing a lot of coughing and getting up phlegm. much has to do with the lyme and cos. this may help. where is the best product/price you know of? thanks barbara > ** > > > As good as Pycnogenol is, I've read that Grape Seed Ex is just as good, > maybe better. > > When I first started with Pycnogenol back in 1995, we were at a lecture > on this supplement and told it " MAY " prevent cancer....I got on it right > away...first things to go were allergies and sinus issues...stayed on Pyc > for a year and then found Grape Seed Ex....now 16 yrs later I'm still > healthy.... > > Just this narley spinal stenosis, all worse since hip replacement 20 > months ago. > > > ________________________________ > > To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO > Sent: Wednesday, July 11, 2012 5:54 PM > Subject: Re: Pycnogenol/Joyce > > Hi, > > have used the pycnogenol yrs ago and not for very long, so didn't know > if it did some good. have many things wrong, lyme, bart, babs, and several > other co's. i understand it helps the immune system. > > i didn't know. g.s.e. was for the immune system. will look up the > site/link you listed and learn something. g.s.e. is indeed much cheaper. > > thanks > barbara > > On Wed, Jul 11, 2012 at 5:40 PM, JOYCE MARTINO > wrote: > > > ** > > > > > > > Grape Seed Extract > > > > Here's a good site, very informative: grapeseedextract.com > > > > Don't endorse the company, but like their info. > > > > Ridded me of allergy/sinus issues...and lots more stuff....joyce > > > > ________________________________ > > > > To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO > > Sent: Wednesday, July 11, 2012 4:27 PM > > Subject: Re: Pycnogenol/Joyce > > > > > > Hi Joyce, > > > > what is G.S.E.? > > > > barbara > > > > Tue, Jul 10, 2012 at 7:14 PM, JOYCE MARTINO wrote: > > > > > ** > > > > > > > > > > > Oh yes, yes, I took pyc for the first year in 1995, then switched to > > > G.S.E. since I found it less expensive and maybe even more > > > effective.....docs don't want to believe in something we found that > > > " works " ....I'm so much my own doctor....Use Dr. Google a lot. > > > > > > ________________________________ > > > > > > To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO > > > Sent: Tuesday, July 10, 2012 7:09 PM > > > Subject: Pycnogenol/Joyce > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi Joyce, > > > I've been taking pycnogenol for years. Guest guest
I'm no scientist, but if one's blood is thick and clumpy one can be tired, fatigued and sick...some of the recent friends both in their 80-90's taking Grape Seed Ex claim more energy. I've compared Grape Seed Ex with a swimming pool sweep/cleaner.. I have an article on another site that claims those taking Coumidin could replace it with Grape Seed Ex, but that would be with doc's blessings....most conventional MD's don't push Grape Seed Extract.... Both these older friends talked to their pharmcists before going on G.S.E. and they said " yes, it's a great antioxidant " ... Another friend mentioned it to her rheumy and he said " sure I take it " ... ________________________________ To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Thursday, July 12, 2012 8:40 PM Subject: Re: Pycnogenol/Joyce Joyce, perfect. have had trouble with thick blood for some time now. could be a reason i don't detox well. will really give this a try. wonder if the blood thinner quality if what helps the immune system and feeling better. barbara > ** > > > Barbara, I've been taking these OPC's since 1995 and I'll die taking > them....I've bought many, right now, my favorite is ActiVin 200mg Grape > Seed Extract from vitacost...., if you can 200 mg two times per day with > food if you need to.
