Oh yes, yes, I took pyc for the first year in 1995, then switched to G.S.E.

since I found it less expensive and maybe even more effective.....docs don't

want to believe in something we found that " works " ....I'm so much my own

doctor....Use Dr. Google a lot.

Hi Joyce,

I've been taking pycnogenol for years. Using it, I've reversed diabetic

retinopathy (even tho my eye doc doesn't believe pyc had anything to do with the

reversal).  Excellent stuff!

Dianne, are we on the samge page.

Grape Seed Extract and Pycnogenol are antioxidants known as OPC's.

Some do get confused with the GSE terms....

Hi,

have used the pycnogenol yrs ago and not for very long, so didn't know

if it did some good. have many things wrong, lyme, bart, babs, and several

other co's. i understand it helps the immune system.

i didn't know. g.s.e. was for the immune system. will look up the

site/link you listed and learn something. g.s.e. is indeed much cheaper.

thanks

As good as Pycnogenol is, I've read that Grape Seed Ex is just as good, maybe

better.

When I first started  with Pycnogenol back in 1995, we were at a lecture on this

supplement and told it " MAY " prevent cancer....I got on it right away...first

things to go were allergies and sinus issues...stayed on Pyc for a year and then

found Grape Seed Ex....now 16 yrs later I'm still healthy....

Just this narley spinal stenosis, all worse since hip replacement 20 months ago.

Barbara, I've been taking these OPC's since 1995 and I'll die taking

them....I've bought many, right now, my favorite is ActiVin 200mg Grape Seed

Extract from vitacost...., if you can 200 mg two times per day with food if  you

need to.   Now if you take a blood thinner, then caution.

Give them a GOOD TRIAL if you end up taking them.

Grape Seed cleans and thins the blood, gets rid of sticky clumpy blood.  joyce

I'm no scientist, but if one's blood is thick and clumpy one can be tired,

fatigued and sick...some of the recent friends  both in their 80-90's taking

Grape Seed Ex claim more energy.

I've compared Grape Seed Ex with a swimming pool sweep/cleaner..

I have an article on another site that claims those taking Coumidin could

replace it with Grape Seed Ex, but that would be with doc's blessings....most

conventional MD's don't push Grape Seed Extract....

Both these older friends talked to their pharmcists before going on G.S.E. and

they said " yes, it's a great antioxidant " ...

Another friend mentioned it to her rheumy and he said " sure I take it " ...
