from joyce---pitutary surgery--sinus

hi this joyce,

 

my now 16 yr old daugher had a pitutary surgey last june to check about a

macroadoma tumor. when they got to the area  things didnt look like what they

had thought. i am not understanding what they told me they found---which is some

pink tissue and just her pitutary is swollen---last two months she has had a

sinus probalem and the antibotics arent clearing it up.

her neurosurgeon is having her do a MRI in a week and i asked him to add a CINE

flow study because she has chiari---this dr has not really been concerned of

 the chiari --unless he keeps his concerns quiet but he did order it also---he

had only ordered views for the pitutary.

theres  many issues about chiari and my kids i have concerns of and the medical

help ive had contact with in my area has been confusing and conflicting so much

i feel like i dont know how to make sure things are taken care of or who to

trust wlth
