Guest guest Posted December 11, 2008 Report Share Posted December 11, 2008 Yes to the food allergy folks, I have not been " diagnosed " , but I am extremely sensitive to wheat, gluten (inflammation and pain) and sugar. I can only have certain dairy. Skim milk is ok, but not mixed with wheat (as in cereal). Anything with cream or even red fat cheese is un-doable.
