I have never tried Grape Seed . One question.. I take amongst many other

supplements, pycnogenol and alpha lipoic acid daily. If I incorporate GSE

to this, would anyone recommend I omit one of the others I am taking.

From what I am reading others in this forum have had fantastic results using

Grape Seed , and it is excellent for heart health, so want to try it.. I do

believe in all this. Hubby and I had blood work and all normal. I am off

HBP meds and husband has his cholesterol down to normal, and both good

EKGS. All by good eating and taking making vitamin and herbal supplements.

Thanks for any information.

Pycnogenol is GREAT and I was on it for 1 whole year in 1995, then found Grape

Seed Ex, less money and just as good if not better...

No need to take both...I still buy Pycnogenol (swansons) on occasion, but not

much anymore.  Keep a good stock of Grape Seed Ex and even supply my daughter

and grandkids.   joyce
