I have read so many posts as well. I am so amazed and feel so blessed. I believe that I have found the Godsend of neurologists here in WV. Dr. Ahmad in Huntington, WV has listened and been very helpful. We discussed the results of my CINE MRI today and he is reccomending that I see a surgeuon for decompression. My CSF flow is very restricted in the anterior portion. He has even scheduled a spinal MRI to checkfor syrnx due to some of my symptoms(numbness and tingling and loss of sensation in left hand and now starting in right hand). He reccomends the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He says he has worked with them before with other Chiari patients. He showed me somethings on their website about Skull Base Surgery, and we discussed the fact that they are so close to us if there are any complications (4 hours). I am going to check them out on his reccomendation. I will keep you posted and I will keep on reading and replying when I can. Thank you all. Take care and be safe.
