Guest guest Posted July 14, 2012 Report Share Posted July 14, 2012 I was puzzling about " Natto " and searching through my Japanese supplier website for something else came across this - oh dear - perhaps your Natto is Nottoo bad tho?< Hi Jane, The nattokinase I take comes in a capsule. It's not the food made from fermented soy beans that is popular in Japan (which I understand to be an " acquired taste. " ) The only other ingredients in my natto capsules are cellulose (which forms the capsule) and magnesium stearate (which I'm not too happy about). When this bottle is finished I will look for natto without magnesium stearate. Don't know what food/supplement that you were writing about, but I've never run across it.
