Guest guest Posted July 15, 2012 Report Share Posted July 15, 2012 Just listened to the doc on jointrehab.com And many call in with joint issues and one of the first thing the doc goes to is getting of inflammatory foods.... This means cutting out SUGARS for sure, carbs, grains, dairy....and going with green veggies and protein and WATER...test oneself for 3-4 months and see how you feel... We always need this REMINDER.
