Guest guest
I dont think it would hurt to give during, morn/night, but am thinking that that is what antibiotics do, they kill off the good bacteria(probiotics), so I agree in taking after treatment. I would also go even further and add later an antifungal(OLE, vitamin C etc) beings antibiotics are usually a fungal trigger. Guest guest
We were told that taken the probiotics two hours apart from the antibiotics (therefore between meals, usually) allows some of them to survive and keep re-colonizing in the midst of the antibiotics. I don't know if that is true., All I can share is my experience. I was in the hospital, on bed rest. My son had an amniotic leak. This is dangerous because the sac is there shield against all bacteria. You go on antibiotics prophylactically because any small amount of bacteria can kill the baby. However, so can the yeast. After one month the nurses expressed total amazement that I was the only mom on the floor on antibiotics prophylactically that did not have a yeast infection. I had limited myself to 1/2 cup juice a day for sugar, and was taking very good probiotics.
