After reading the labels on the Natural Calm I realized that the only

difference between the baby, kids, and adult versions is just

that...the labels! They all appear to contain the same amount of

magnesium but each version tells you to take a different amount. For

example the Baby Calm suggests a 1/4 teaspoon and if you multiply that

by the amount per serving, it is the same as the adult version. Also

the Kids Calm and the Baby Calm have vitamin c added.

I also wanted to share something that I did when trying to give my son

Milk of Magnesia. I added a small amount of vanilla Torani syrup (the

kind that they use at coffee shops) and it tasted great! My son took

it without a struggle. Just thought some of you might like to try that.
