It was interesting to see they are investigating the varicella shot. My son had the varicella shot five days before he died. I was reluctant to give it to him, even discussed it at length with his doctor, she assured me it was okay, he needed it to get into Kindergarten, etc. My husband, who had my son's best interest at heart, responded when I asked what he thought we should do: "She's the doctor. We should trust her." I should have trusted my mother's intuition instead. I regret this every day. There is no proof that his vaccinations caused his death and many times we have heard "You are focusing on this as the cause because it is the most recent circumstance leading up to his death." I always reply, doesn't that make it more of an obvious cause?

The compensation program has become so restricted in the 3 years I have known of it. They have taken many injuries off there injury table, for instance, siezures(commenly induced by vaccines/MMR triggered my sons siezures) etc etc. they no longer accept it among many more injuries. We was stunned to make it this far. Our attorney out write told us they took the case because she said/along with the judge, Our son is rare in that it is not very often you come accross someone missing a part of his brain!! For a moment I was glad to here that(because they moved it to hearing instead of throwing it out), but in the next moment I thought so if my son wasnt ACC they would have thrown it out and that is not fair/write(thousands of suffering families are thrown out). Our odds of winning are slim. Because of our son having so much medical issues(I feel about %80 of it

was due to vaccines/but no proof) they said it is going to be hard to prove/win. At the point of a hearing only %40 win(that is with hard medical doctor evedince/we have little to none). It was so obvious, my son had an instant allergic reaction to his last round and ended up in emergency write away and it had been hell for him from then on(dropped from 45 to 33lbs/I lost 20lbs) didnt grow /failure to thrive, quick walking, went into violent rages, etc etc etc. Thank "GOD" for natural, our son has finally started in the last year to recover due to natural supplementing. Been able to take him off all meds(including Miralax) except 1(this should change hopefully after his surgries). Anyways the compensation program was put in place because the rate of lawsuites towards the manufactours was going to put them out of business, so the government took over! Apparently if you dont win in the compensation then after, you can go after the manufactour, but

you have to file through the comp first within 3yrs of vaccine injury! We made it by 4days with a filed extention through our attorney!! People dont realize just how much vaccines is doing to there children. I researched like a mad scientist(was desperate to help my son). One vaccine connection to medical is the DTaP/constipation. I compared much of his medical records to shot records and was horrified to discover the link with so many things. Each round of the DTaP his constipation go worse. Well this is off topic in this group so ill let it go!! They do have religious excempts etc for those who suspect vaccines are damaging/hurting there child!! Jennie<><

Soooo sorry !! This must be so hard for you! You know and it is like banging your head against a brick wall when it comes to getting the medical world to listen/believe you!! My son was dieing literally and no one would listen(they listened but wouldnt respond or consider the cause). It ultimately was up to me to recover my son through research(1st yr of no sleep at all between doctors researching and my sons suffering). With my son being born with a rare medical conditon we could not keep up with all the doctors wanting appointments, test, etc.(finacially almost lost everything due to so many so called needed appointments etc), once my son at 5yr vaccine round had reaction all of a sudden the role reversed and we found doctors/specialist turned a blind eye and then we was the ones begging for help(wasnt there anymore)! When it comes to vaccines, they

claim it is for the good, but if a child is injuried from them all of a sudden you become the black plague!! I had that BIG mother instinct/petrified to not let him get the shots and my hubby assured me it was ok(I dont blame him one bit, he was trying to be strong for me). As you mentioned, "recent circumstance", this is the most commen comment made to parents when it comes to vaccine loss(SIDS/unknown cause or they say)!! I hope you get them. People have to try and sue, there are so many people including us that feel we dont have a chance at winning and dont even try. I am glad you are trying.
