Can soymilk be constipating also? What about Rice milk? Is there a better milk alternative that is not constipating?Thanks,

i am under the impression that both can be constipating. we use almond milk - found organic one that i think is fortified with calcium and vitamin d.

what kind of almond milk do you use. my son drink chocolate milk with

the nesquick powder. he still loves milk and i cant see pulling him

off of it entirely. i need a substitute.
