Guest guest
Hi, my name is , and I have a 3 year old son with Autism, that went from having yeasty, loose stools for 2 years, to at the age of 3, complete constipation. I took him in about 10 days ago, his pediatrician did another xray, the first was a month ago, and both xrays showed blockage. He was admitted Thursday to start a 24 hour Golytely procedure. When I left, the GI, who is totally supportive of 's GF/CF, sugar free, yeast free, Feingold diet, told me to use a capful of Miralax a day. I have been, but at the DAN! Conference I just went to in San Diego, Ca, the DAN's were saying NOT to use it. I don't want him to get a blockage again, so I obviously need an alternative to Miralax. He is doing really, really well, and I would die inside if I gave him something to help him, and hurt him instead. Please, please, PLEASE...what works just as well, without the horrible side effects you are discussing. He has taken about 7 capfuls total. Thank You, Sutfin
