Well, I don’t have any evidence of what the doc said, but I

would disagree just based on the ingredients of yogurt (depending on the kind

he’s eating). Most them are sugar and food coloring. That would be worse for

your heart than probiotics! Not to mention I have a heart condition and my

allopathic (mainstream) docs recommended probiotics to me. I didn’t ask why,

they just mentioned it.

My husband went to the cardiovascular doc the other day

and asked them about probiotics................she said a daily yogurt is

good but the pills are hard on the heart? I asked for the evidence..................anyone

ever heard about this? I told him that she's obviously never smelled the

bathroom after he's went!! LOL!

I guess she was saying that in high doses, they are bad for the heart? I want him to call the office and ask for the info backing it up.....................

That is interesting…never thought of high doses being bad

for anything, really. Let us know what he finds out.
