We've been having such great progress with my grandson (3yr old) using organic flax oil, 3 teaspoons a day.

He's taking it right off the spoon and doesn't mind the taste.

Which is better for constipation? I know they both have health benefits, but which gets things moving better?

Have you noticed a certain smell to his breath? There seems to be with

my kids, not sure if that means its too much,yet they won't go.

I haven't noticed a different smell at all.

Im not sure if the flax seed would cause breath odor, maybe some one

else well know about the flax. I do know that when someone is backed

up enough the backup well cause an odd breath ordor. If this is from

the backup it is important to get things moving write away. We can

actually back up toxins into the stomach. Jennie<><

I agree and was going to ask that as well. How long has been since a BM "megsoracco" ?

I use either Trader Joe's organic flax oil or Nature's Way EFA Gold organic flax oil. The Nature's Way product is certified non GMO flax seed as well. I didn't know that flax seeds may be genetically modified as of this time so I guess it's another thing to be aware of. Ugh!!!!
