I don't blame you. I think if I were watching a game between Atlanta and NY

I'd be so bored I'd start wishing there were cheerleaders.

Perhaps you might focus more on the game if the Cardinals were playing.

(But I'm just a biased St. Louisan)

A Whole Foods Market just opened 4 blocks or so away from my front door. I

visited the place tonight after work and fell in love. My sister who lives

in San Francisco has been talking about Whole Foods for years, and now I

know what she means. I had some sushi for dinner (12 pieces 6 points), and

had a slice of " MultiGrain Stay Trim Bread " (1 point) covered with Roasted

Tomato and Spinach hummus (1 point).

As I've been writing this email the Cardinals-Pirates game went from 7-3 to

12-3! I've got to log off!
