anyone adjust dosage seasonally?

Hi all -

My doc increased my Levoxyl to 100 mcg about 4-5 months back, only to find that

I'm now borderline hyper again. My last menstrual cycle at 23 days was the

tipoff- that's usually my first symptom (I get more freq periods when my thyroid

is overactive). And now I'm hungry a lot and have had trouble falling asleep

last few nights.

This happened to me before a few years ago, when I moved from CA to NY. I'm

wondering if the cold weather is the culprit for the fluctuation. It was a big

surprise to find my TSH was high then - it had been stable on 88 mcg Levoxyl for

years.

We are trying 100/88 every other day now, but when I did that before it still

left my TSH low.

Others w/ experience in this, I would appreciate your stories.
