Guest guest
, I am writing this for Marcie McGovern. Marcie states: I appreciate the fact that you would like to assist Sharon. Myself and i am sure the others in the group definately understand the situation that you are in right now. There are places in your state where you can get assistance to turn your lights back on, and for your sake and your husbands please seek out some assistance. Speaking for myself, I have been through exactly what you are going through. All I have left in my living room is a park bench. We can't keep thinking about the things that we have lost, we have to feel blessed with what we still have. In Darlene's case, not only is she still living in a moldy environment that she can't get out of due to the states politics, but she is also dealing with the effects of a fire from two days ago in which she was taken by ambulance to the hospital for smoke inhalation while trying to help others. Like I had said, count your blessings for what you have. Because I had to sell belongings just to live due to no income for over a year. The hardest thing that I had to learn because of my scotch irish pride and once being a very strong independent woman living on her own, I had to teach myself to ask for help. I am sure there are many people on this group that know exactly what I am talking about. Just have faith, things do get better and maybe not as quickly as we like, they do. Thank you again for wanting to help Sharon. Darlene and I pledged what little money we could today. And all though it may not be much at this time, even a little from one person can help. I sincerely hope that things get better for you and your husband, this battle is not an easy one but don't give up and always think positive about your recovery and financial situation. The most important thing is that I joke with my doctors and my friends to keep a sense of humor cause sometimes that is all we have at the time. As I said in my previous letter, Sharon Kramer is the loudest voice for us all so far, but believe me when Darlene and I get our voices back, we will be heard too. Let's keep it going for Sharon Kramer, and remember, what ever goes around, comes around. And I mean that in the kindest sense. My success is measured by my willingness to keep trying. Sincerely, a future loud mouth advocate in the making (no disrespect to Sharon). lol Marcie McGovern ldelp84227 <ldelp84227@...> wrote: I wish I could donate to Sharon's case. I had my electric turned off all last week because my husband and I are suffering financially. He has not worked since October. This illness has caused us all such hardship. Can we write something to the judge to help her case? Sharon has worked so hard for all of us, I wish I could donate some money. --- --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now.
