Need help with insurance appeal for tc surg...

Hey all, Dr. B is ready to go ahead with my tc surgery. However, my

ins has denied the surgery, stating that since they can't see the tc

on my mri, it's not medically necessary. Any tips I can get on how to

appeal this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
