Guest guest
Moderator note: The " herbal " post Dee is responding to was removed from the list because we do not allow posts regarding personal sales, product information or " ads " for personal businesses, that is not the purpose of this site. However, I am going to go ahead and post this informational message from Dee because the herbal post was up for a few hours before it was removed (as soon as we discovered that it was indeed the post author's personal business), and because it went out in digest form via email. Many herbal/natural products have the potential for serious interactions, especially stuff like St. 's Wort that's known to slow down or speed up any of the body's many metabolic pathways. If you want to check for interactions yourself (which might be a good idea since even doctors and pharmacists don't always know the right answers), there's a very good online resource over at Memorial Sloan Kettering's site: http://tinyurl.com/5y55 That said, as long as you're not allergic to any of their ingredients and won't have any interaction issues or other problems with the ingredients, [herbal] products do work well for many people. I can't take them right now because my gastroparesis doesn't like all the fiber in their diet products. Dee
