Guest guest
Does anyone know if the bottled liquid mag citrate is any different than the powdered Kirkman’s mag citrate that you mix with a liquid? Thanks, Tracie
Guest guest
The dosage is much higher(grams instead of mg's/kirkmans) and it is very bitter(but they do have grape now so not as bad. This is if you are referring to the natural calm powder. Guest guest
I got a brand of magnesium citrate that you mix with water at Vitamin Shoppee called Gillhan’s natural vitality Natural Calm. It is the raspberry lemon flavor. It’s all natural and doesn’t taste terrible like the plain version.
Guest guest
The Kid Calm version is also good. It has Vitamin C and Mag Citrate in it. BTW -- I just learned something. Vitamin C helps to chelate lead from the body. I know many of us feel that toxin load may be the root cause of the sluggish bowels -- and it leads to even more of toxin load since they are not moved out the body quickly. Adding good minerals like magnesium, selenium, calcium (increase very slowly) and other nutrients like vitamin c, zinc and CoQ10 and liver support like milk thistle will all help to " get the lead out " . > > I got a brand of magnesium citrate that you mix with water at Vitamin > Shoppee called Gillhan's natural vitality Natural Calm. Guest guest
Are you meaning this one (good) http://www.houseofnutrition.com/lilicamacimi2.html or one like this (bad) http://aarp.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp? CATID=100104 & id=prod1609128 Why bad -- the other ingredients -- dyes and sweeteners Blue 1 , Citric Acid , Grape Flavor , Purified Water , Red 40 , Sodium Bicarbonate , Sodium Saccharin IMO Kid Calm is best. But if $$ are really short, the walgreens one would be OK for short term use. > > Does anyone know if the bottled liquid mag citrate is any different than the > powdered Kirkman's mag citrate that you mix with a liquid? > > > > Thanks, > > Tracie >
Guest guest
That is great news to hear on the metal/C chelate, thank you!! Also is a natural fungal killer. As I mentioned befor they have found C to actually be stopping cancer but there not sure why. When I researched the C ingredients I discovered it has antifungal properties. The secular studies dont know why it works against cancer. In thinking(i feel pretty sure) that cancer is fungus, this is the C/cancer killing link. We use the C for our son regularly!! Thanks for the new info!! Jennie<>< Subject: Re: mag citrateTo: miralax Date: Thursday, December 11, 2008, 7:04 AM The Kid Calm version is also good. It has Vitamin C and Mag Citrate in it.
