Guest guest
I have a cold that is trying to settle into my sinuses. I would like to try OLE to head off an infection. What is a good GLUTEN FREE brand of OLE that I can find at Whole Foods? I know OLE won't have gluten in it, but I need my products to be free of cross contamination risk. If I go and buy something off the shelf, then I have to come home and verify it with the company and may then have to return it. If I can get some brand names ahead of time, maybe I could do the research before I go to the store. I have never taken OLE before. Any advice for starting? Should I do GSE with it to keep yeast in check or would probiotic be enough (spaced away from the OLE)? I am not prone to yeast problems in general, but I also know any antibiotic can give yeast a chance to take over. Thanks,
