Been meaning to ask for a while... ~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ FAAAS = Families of Adults Affected By Asperger's Syndrome @ http://faaas.org/ They were the first support group for partners of adults in relationships with AS. ASPIRES sprung out of them and you can read why @ http://www.aspires-relationships.com/about_as.htm FAAAS was a head of their time and they have taken a lot of hits because of it. But time marches on with new information. They took the hits so groups like ours can flourish. That is the price one pays for stepping out of the box and proposing new ideas or different ways to the mountain. You don’t have to have AS to be uncomfortable with change.
