Hello all,

I am glad I found your group. I am new here and looking for info on

how to get the toxins out of my body...and how long will it take? My

kidney are tender and usually painful. I am taking some supplements

from the naturopath MD along with activated charcoal capsules and

Bentonite suspension. I'm also taking hot baths twice a day with

baking soda & magnesium sulfate. Is there anything else I can do?

Will I have permanent kidney damage? Will I ever recover?

Apparently they know how to bind mycotoxins in the digestive tract of

a chicken but not a human.

Sounds like you are off to a good start with the sequestering agents.

I've heard some people recomend sauna therapy. It can take along time

to rid your body of the mycotoxins. You may want to also get started

on CSM from your Dr. I take 5 gms 2 times a day/powdered formula mixed

with 8 ounces of water. Our Dr. also wants us to use an asthma

nebulizer machine to breath in certain meds that way but I still have

yet to get it together enough to get started using it. Let me say that

6 months ago I was very sick with a rash, visual, neurological

malfunction etc. I am slowley but surlwy getting beteer but I believe

I do have some permanent damage.. I am off to see yet another lawyer

(#5)this a.m. regarding the moldy rental we lived in for 15 months. To
