Yes. It is an at home test that a number of people on the candida list run by

Nieema have been doing. It is a very helpful group if you want to monitor it or

join. According to those on the list both practitioners and non- it is a good

home test to check out one's status. I haven't yet tried it myself. Bad memory

issues and a very full plate with very poor health and house, water, mold damage

issues. (Gee-- preaching to the choir aren't I. Sadly nothing new to the bulk of

us here.) But I will try it now that you reminded me.

My doctor took a sample from my tongue before but I am not sure if it

was a culture. It came back candida albicans. What is this candida

group? Thanks,
