Hi nne,

RUN-RUN-RUN-RUN-RUN

Get out of there! You can be sure that Moe, Larry and Curley, will find, and

NOT find, whatever your landlord wants them to find, and NOT find. If

remediation is is the hands, and wallet, of a landlord, you can be sure that it

will never be done properly. Always remember that people who are NOT suffering,

as we are, while living in the same building, just think that we are NUTS!

There has been much discussion, on this Sickbuildings board, about not taking

any possessions, clothing and furniture, to a NEW home, for fear of

" cross-contamination " of the NEW home, by our old stuff. So, take that into

consideration. If you want to move the stuff into " storage " , do it while you are

still current with your rent, so the " mold-lord " can't stop you. Once you stop

paying rent, the " mold-lord " will change the lock on your door, so you can't

take your stuff.

I am sending you, to your personal email address, an attachment, entitled:

" Mold_NYC Unhealthy Exposure " . It is from the Office of the Public Advocate of

N.Y.C. We have a policy, on this board, of not allowing attachments to be

included with our board posts. If you take this short publication, along with a

letter from your doctor, to whatever court your mold-lord " might take you to,

for breaking your lease, the judge will tell the " mold-lord " to " take a hike " ,

as we say here, on the other side of the bridge, in Brooklyn, where I live. He

might even fine the B--t--d for putting your health at risk, by renting you an

" unfit for habitation " apartment, as all leases state that it is the landlord's

responsibility to offer a place " fit for habitation " .

I'm busy this week, but will be happy to drive across the bridge, to meet with

you, next week, to talk with you, if you are a non-smoker, and do not own a cat

(my allergies). Please feel free to email me, at my personal email address

josephsalowitz@....

Best of Luck

Joe (In Brooklyn)
