Sorry to here of all your troubles. It sounds to me like you were

exposed to toxic mold while you were living at the apartment and

since you say you are feeling better now that you are out of the

apartment... This is a classic case of what a lot of us have gone

through here.

As far as suing your landlord, you may have a very difficult case to

prove because you have since left and if you don't have any proof

that there was ever mold in the apartment from pictures or a mold

inspection (something in writing, etc.) of some sort then your case

will be hard to prove.

You can try to get the proof before you file a case by going back to

the apartment, if possible, and taking pictures or having a credible

mold inspector come out. But that can get expensive.
