whats the options again/breast cancer

besides getting them smashed like pancakes cause I dont think that the

thing to do in this situation. also lasy's, when you check yourself

know that they move so useing the 2 fingers just moves them and you

might not find them. you have to do it like in a grabbing motion useing

also the thumb and they may be deep on there, some felling like there

in behind the breasts. also the underveath of the breast need checked

closely. if you had alot of breast pains,swelling,sore nipples during

exposure and they keep bothering afterwards it may be a sign of things

to come and seems a mamogram,smashing these cysts(abcesses) is not a

good thing to do.

what am I saying? because I guess that men could also get these

abcesses there too.
