Guest guest
Hi - I found this old case and thought it was interesting for a couple of reasons. First, because the worker could not drink a lot of water then use the bathroom to urinate out some of what she was exposed to. Second, because I was drinking a lot of water with my school exposure, my throat was so dry and my voice 'went' by noontime ( aspergillus can do that) - but at any rate the analysis was pretty simply written and it is always a pleasure to read something that is both legal and simply written. Usually, they are ( or maybe it is me) tough to slog through and figure out what is going on in the case. Third - it is an " exposure " case, in the chemical industry where in the end the plaintiff prevailed! I hope you can open it and find it helpful from a learning standpoint.
