Guest guest
Hi Everyone I have been away from my computer for a few days and was somewhat distress at all the talk about computer etiquette. I am one that can barely get around on the computer and I am definitely NOT computer savvy at all. My life is too crazy right now to try and learn new tricks, maybe at a later date I will be up for it. I have been a member for almost one year and I guess I am lucky I made it this long. I will decline to post again and just lurk and read unless I have urgent news. All of this is just too much for me to comprehend. I love you all and will continue to pray that your battles are fought will dignity and love. I did want to let Tori know that I am praying for her daughters surgery today. I hope her pin removal goes well and she is on the road to recovery very soon. Also to let Jayn in S. GA know that I will be praying for you on June 1st for your surgery. I will be asking God to heal your body quickly and completely, And finally to Laurie R. who just lost her husband I send my condolences. I thank God for his painless passing and know that he is at peace and free from the disease now. To others who may want to personally e-mail me. Please do so. I will keep you all in my prayers. Esp Jan and Stevie. Dena Mother (83) End Stages of LBD. Lived in my home for 10 months now in NH for almost 3. Currently on Tylenol only for pain. __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Dena and all others! Anyone can post on this site as you always have. While it would be nice for those who have no problem with doing as recommended, please feel free to do so. This site has always been accepting of all posts as we know many people are tired from caregiving and don't need the added pressure of learning new things at this point in time. Please Dena, do not consider that you can't post. Those people who chose not to read what you write can do that if they like. I do believe most people have a " page down " key and can do so very easily. This site has always been very nonjudgmental and caring. And I hope those who aren't, will learn the value of supportiveness to those who aren't as " computer savey " and who are very caring caregivers. I would prefer to lose one judgment person than any of our caregivers here. Long time ago, we had some posts that weren't attached to letters and it was time consuming and difficult to know who or what was being answered. If I hadn't believed Pat was needing us as badly as I believed she did, I would not have approved her message in the first place. I forewarned her prior to approval that there were less rude ways of saying things. I have been so relieved that many here responded to her in such a positive way despite her initial message. I not going to approve messages that cause fighting here until Ann no longer has me as one of the Monitors. And I know Ann designed this and wanted this to be a place people come for refuge from all the stress of caregiving. So please, anyone who wants to post, feel free to do it in any way you can. We have discussed how to post long enough. Donna R Do you want to read more about Lewy Body? You can also read the Thistle, the LBD Newsletter.
