Guest guest
Special type of bacteria are used to make yogurt but not mold. My allergist told me not to eat things with vinegar as they are a cross sensitivity to mold and to avoid cheese for this reason. Cheese has mold in it. Especially blue cheese. When I was 20 I could eat it and loved it but that was before I lived in a very humid place where the air had high mold counts. Best to live in the desert if you are mold sensitive. I just about live on the stuff and this is very alarming to me! Anyone?? Thanks Diane
