Guest guest Posted December 12, 2008 Report Share Posted December 12, 2008 Well, I don’t have any evidence of what the doc said, but I would disagree just based on the ingredients of yogurt (depending on the kind he’s eating). Most them are sugar and food coloring. That would be worse for your heart than probiotics! Not to mention I have a heart condition and my allopathic (mainstream) docs recommended probiotics to me. I didn’t ask why, they just mentioned it.
