Guest guest
I have a friend who lives in Phoenix who had cancer at same time as her husband did, different types of cancer but had it at the same time. He died, she has survived it. She gave me a ride to my car when she was visiting here and the car reeked of mold. Usually cars seem pretty resistent to molding but her car really smelled strongly of mold. (So, Phoenix isn't a place to get away from mold. I think anyplace you have to air condition ALOT, to probably be conducive to mold). Luckily ride was short. It's difficult, if not impossible to tell a friend that you see only once a year or less that her car smells. I asked about her BMW she was driving last time she was in town and she said she gave it to her nephew. " This was my husband's car " , she explained. I really wanted to say something but I have broached the subject lightly at another time and it wasn't received well, so I just held my breath and was glad when it was time to get out. If I spent more time with her, I'd give it a try. --- In , " tigerpaw2c " <tigerpaw2c@...> wrote: > > Soldier Returns Home to Mold and Mildew > WLTX.com - Columbia,SC* > >
