Another brain blip tonight .....

This is *exactly* what is dictated ... " There is an additional small focus of

soft tissue posterior superior medially in the right maxillary sinus. "

I've been typing for, let's see, 14 hrs. straight (with a couple brief

breaks) and just can't think clearly. Does he really mean back/up/middle ??

How 'bout superomedially somewhere in there? Just don't know.
