Joan,

Mayo

Clinic has an excellent ctr in ville, FL. I was there in November for a

lung tx eval...travelled from AZ to go there. THe Medical Director is Dr. Cesar

Keller - I would highly recommend them.

Kay,

I

just checked the web site at the bottom of my report as of 2002, and this

is the Best Hospitals 2007 Specialty: Respiratory Disorders:

#1

National Jewish Medical and Research Center, Denver

#2

Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn

#3

s Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore

#4

Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston

#5

Cleveland Clinic

#6

Jewish Hospital, Washington University, St. Louis

and there 4 more rankings.

The

web address where I found this information is:

http://www.usnews.com/usnews/nycu/health/hosptl/rankings/specihqpulm.htm

This

is not a direct link, but you will need to locate Best Hospitals as you

progress through this web site.

This

is only the US News and World Report's rankings. I am sure that there are

other listings that may be more accurate. I do not know how to locate any

other sources for this information.
