BUT is there anywhere on this site that succintly talks about any

specific treatment for mold/sick buildings other than leaving town

I mean these articles are I guess useful information but articles on

moldy mattresses etc etc are of little help in the big scheme of things

in getting better to someone who is mold toxic

Thanks

Hi ,

I think the problem may be that you are looking for a one size fits all

answer. I don't think you are going to find that as one size does not fit all.

That would be like asking what one does do to treat a bacterial condition,

when the answer ranges from Iodine and a band aid to intravenous antibiotics.

I can tell you what I did to get better, but that may not be what you need.

I was on pill form antifungals for about 2.5 years. And also an antifungal

nasal spray. I took pancreatic enzymes, I ate a mold free diet, I slept with

a fan on (and sometimes slept outside), I got lots of water, tons of garlic

and fresh veggies. I went to the ocean as much as possible to breath fresh

air. I used Benedryl quite often. And hydrogen peroxide and vinegar became my

new best friends. Hope this info helps. Don't know if this is what you need

or not, but this is what worked for me.
