I don't think you are going to find that as one size does not fit all. That would be like asking what one does do to treat a bacterial condition, when the answer ranges from Iodine and a band aid to intravenous antibiotics. I can tell you what I did to get better, but that may not be what you need. I was on pill form antifungals for about 2.5 years. And also an antifungal nasal spray. I took pancreatic enzymes, I ate a mold free diet, I slept with a fan on (and sometimes slept outside), I got lots of water, tons of garlic and fresh veggies. I went to the ocean as much as possible to breath fresh air. I used Benedryl quite often. And hydrogen peroxide and vinegar became my new best friends. Hope this info helps.
