I took a look at the web site and I'm impressed. Keeps us updated with your experiences with the Expand-a-Lung as I would consider buying it if you have good results. We get excellent information from our group that is, and has been very helpful in dealing with our Bronch.

Good Evening Group

My niece is going to Buffalo, USA tomorrow to pick up a friend so she said if I knew where to buy either of these she would go pick it up... she won't have much time...so say walgreens or targets...she is definitely going to Targets..... Does anyone have any idea where to get one...I know many have said they have a prescription for it so you must be able to get it at a drugstore... the question is which Drugstore... .

Appreciate your input she is leaving at about 10:00 am tomorrow...

I've definitely decided to take my Health Care back in my own hands once again....

I don't believe these Specialist know much more than all you experienced sufferers... I believe they are into fixing things once they are broken down....they are not great at the maintenance.

I started to take the Spirva again.....I took it for a month ...then off for a week for the test....started back again on Friday....this time around I'm noticing a Huge difference in the mucous....maybe just tempory who knows...it also maybe because I've adding the outdoor skipping to my excercise... I walk, skip, walk, skip.....it is really aerobic and I cough up a mess of stuff.....indoors I have the mini trampoline which does almost the same job but easier on the bones and frame...but I love the added fresh air.....
