Guest guest
Cholestyramine is a cholesterol lowering medication available by prescription only. It binds with a diverse variety of toxin molecules, including biotoxins/mycotoxins (the microscopic filaments from toxic mold that screw up our cells) My fiance and I take a powdered form mixed with water. We call it stang for stinky tang. Its really not that bad. Dr. Gray put us on this. CSM also comes in pill form. Dr. Shoemaker recommends starting first with this and then moving on to other meds. CSM is a sequstering agent. We take ours along with liquid bentonite(yummy clay)and activated charcoal capsules, which are also detox/sequstering agents you can pick up at the health food store. You could start there, it may help with headaches. It sounds like you have been suffering from biotoxic illness all along and the mold is only making it worse which is the case with many of us. You can order Dr. Shoemakers book, Mold Warriors by calling his office. 410-957- 1550. Try and find an open minded Dr. who would be willing to start you on CSM preferably the oral suspension type. Good luck and remember, one day at a time!!! LL
