Guest guest
I'm not even sure if it's anything. Getting a check in the mail for $3.25 is nothing compared how much you had to suffer. They're all heart. & #9829; & #9829; llaci
Guest guest
>My problem is in the plastic bags-something about them always seems moldy to me. I don;t know if its the chemicals I smell or the plastic but I can buy an item and put the bag in the trunk of my car and 5 minutes later have to stop the car, remove the item and throw the bag away because the fumes are so strong. There are several stores in particular that have these " bad bags " and I think its because they have a mold problem and the bags are absorbing the smell. I didn;t think mold could multiply on plastics (just paper and wood etc) but i think because moisture isnt absorbed by plastic-it just sits on the surface-it creates a great environment for mold to grow. Also, my sympathies on throwing everything away-I've been there and its tough but it gets easier as you start to feel better. > OK, so in the past month I have gotten rid of all of my personal > belongings, including furniture, clothing, etc....even sold my house > and bought a new car. Guest guest
Long shot here, but are you sure you are not reacting to chemicals off-gassing from the products you're buying or perhaps new furniture and the brand new apartment? The latter could provide alot of off-gasing of voc's like formaldehyde which can be a big problem as well. It may not be mold in this instance. Some new places for me have been awful just to walk into. I've known peoiple that are not even mcs and have a problem with new construction. Just a thought. Guest guest
I don't think it's the off-gassing of the new items. I can put the offending item in a plastic bag and will start feeling better very soon. sometimes, it is the plastic bag itself....once I bought some make-up from ULTA and put the bag in my car while I went to the grocery store and when I returned to my car I had to roll all the windows down to ride in it for days. Needless to say I returned all of the merchandise to ULTA and complained to them....but they didn't seem to care, or even understand. I ended up having to get my car detailed on the indside to get the spores out!
