Hi ,

If you trust the guy follow his recommendation and see how it goes. For me,

taking iron at bedtime gave me a gut ache. If you do experience stomach upset,

avoid taking iron at bedtime. It has worked well for me to take iron and B

vitamns together along with with the supplements I previously mentioned.

Sorry to have not answered you sooner, there was two unexpected deaths in the

family and lots of traveling.

Take care,

~Bj

wedding 16 years ago went to Chiropractic school and moved back to our hometown

and opened up a Chiropractic business. He is focussing on wellness. I took my

recent health fair blood results to him and he found that I was low in all my B

vitamins and in Iron and he's going to have me do a liver detox as my liver

numbers were high. I fogot to ask him...can I take my B vitamins an hour after

my thyroid meds in the morning (Natual thyroid) or do I need to wait until lunch

time? He said not to take them after 5pm...and I take the iron before I go to

bed.

you'll be better " , my Chiropractor friend said there's so much more to it than

that!!!!

said, right now, with the low iron, the oxygen in not being carried in the cells

(or something like that). I am just really trying to improve my situation.
