Guest guest
Hi , I have heard of this happening before. Here is what research shows and probably the reason you got diarrhea from coconut oil. Lauric acid in coconut oil works as an antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-protozoal to eliminate the bad bacteria from your system. To prevent diarrhea, break the amount into smaller doses throughout the day. You may also choose to reduce your intake. Some people may be allergic to it, though this is very unlikely. Consider investigating hidden bugs! Also, very importantly, when purchasing virgin coconut oil, you may come across brands that are NOT labeled as extra virgin coconut oil. These brands of coconut oil have undergone refining, bleaching and deodorizing. The oil is extracted from copra NOT coconut. Unlike extra virgin coconut oil, which retains the distinct taste and aroma of fresh coconuts, the refined coconut oils are tasteless and odorless. The refined oils color is yellowish, has a thick texture, and melts at around 76° F. It retains the Medium Chain Fatty Acid component of the fresh coconut though it may contain other residues. Hydrogenated coconut oil or any hydrogenated oils are artificially pressed into the molecules to create oil with a higher melting point. The trans fatty acids which are present in hydrogenated oils are highly toxic. Good luck! I hope this is helpful, ~Bj > > COCONUT OIL WOULD MAKE ME RUN TO BATHROOM, way too rich are you taking in > dairy? >
