Guest guest
Hi there, recently my doctor switched me over to t3 only. And I can't even remember the last time I felt this good! Bj, I read that you have to be careful about what you eat with your extra t3. I haven't read anything about this. Can you tell me (or anyone else here!) what I am not allowed to have in conjunction with my t3? Thanks! EB
Guest guest
Hi , Essentially the guidelines are the same as whening consuming T4 or a T3/T4 combo. Always take T3 on an empty stomach away from calcium, iron or other drugs. HTH, ~Bj > > Hi there, recently my doctor switched me over to t3 only.
