Monday night at 11 p.m., Anchor Reginald Roundtree will bring you a

special report about an Oldsmar family who bought a new home and

says it was infested with mold.

It was a battle they dealt with for years.

We have had many inquiries about mold stories and what people should

and can do legally.

Tuesday during 10 News this Morning, we will have lawyers to answer

your questions regarding the legal rights you have when it comes to

mold.

You can e-mail us your questions at 10news@... or just

post a comment below and we will then use your questions live on TV

Tuesday from 6 a.m. - 7 a.m.

What was their answer?

For renters, it seems, your choice is to move, or, you can move.

Or, you can move. Oh, and lose your deposit.

Or, you can wait a long time to have it fixed, have it not fixed, get

really sick, and then move.

And if you talk about it, they threaten you.

:(

Wow, that is exactly what was done to me except I went a little

further but the legal system is on the side of apartment owners

especially when they own thousands. I am not going to let them do it

though. Read my blog!!! http://this-is-not-okay.blogspot.com ---
