Why don't you try Olive Leaf Extract instead of antibiotics?

Ken, my son is a strep kid (titers 10 x the ref range)

but tested negative for PANDAS (though we do have lots

of OCD stimming, main autism behavior). Dr Yasko answered

a post of mine that stated she believed PANDAS could

get a false negative (we used the Immunoscience labs which

is the recommended testing). My son also has been unable

to irradicate gamma strep in the gut on CSDA's (4+).

Regardless, my DAN has said in a current positive infection

(strep throat) an antibiotic is the way to go. Strep throat left

untreated is dangerous. I can assure OLE is not going

to treat a current infection (we have done 3x a day

dosing of 7 Yasko recommended herbs and never budged

his gamma gut strep). I would concentrate on probiotics

and extra yeast killers while on the antibiotic.. helk,

my kid is better on antibiotics, lol... !

some people don't know to get possitive PANDAS titers you have to run the testing between 6-8 weeks AFTER a flare....did they do the test timing wise that way?? this is how you confirm a dx of it

we have gotten rid of strep every time with OLE up till THIS time, just as gut bacteria things are sensitive and resistant to things, so OLE can be one or the other but worth a shot,

make SURE Your probotic DOESN'T have strep strains in it or it can KEEP the strep lines off, gamma strep

this means in the last 6-8 weeks you had, this does NOT mean you don't have an active infection NOW as the ASO usualy rises 6-8 AFTER infection. so you should treat incase the infection IS still active, and then retest after to make sure they have gone down and not risen OR producted the anti strep (1st one) as it mean it's attacking OTHER things like the brain, heart, and joints

Thanks. Do you consider OLE treatment? It seemed to be working as per our homeopath, but i guess blood test should be done?
