Dear Gladys -

Sorry for this second message: I forgot to mention something we have found

with my mom and other of our residents who experience hallucinations. They

sometimes get more frequent and more bizarre in the presence of infection, as do

other LBD effects (movement, cognition, speech, etc.) So just in case - if you

haven't already - you might want to check for a UTI, respiratory infection, etc.

(both these - and several others - can be asymptomatic in older folks).

Thanks, Ron I guess I got all confused and thought the Exelon was for the

hallucinations. So, now we have her on that with no improvement in anything

and we still have " the people " So, I'll be calling the doctor again about

Seroquel. Now, that I've read more carefully about Exelon, she is also on

Namenda so I could probably take her off one or the other because I think

they do the same thing.
