Doug,

That's some good stuff. Where do you have that published?

BTW, here it is all wrapped up in one tight little powerpoint by Defensor,

Hardin. Note how they try to project that the Institute of Medicine

supports their garbage. When one has to lie about supporting documents, it

becomes clear that they are well aware of the deceit they are promoting.

This mischaracterization of IOM is directly contradicted by Harriet Amman,

one of the authors of the IOM report, in a letter she sent to the court in a

recent lawsuit.

Dr Shoemaker has a copy of it on his website

The information as to the various molds listed that I mentioned in last night's

response to the " Mold Myths " total " crap " article was extracted from my book

" Toxic Mold! Toxic Enemy! " All of the other data I believe I posted sources

for. There numerous sources I possess in support of my listings of molds.

You are right, it is time to pressure the U.S. Attorney General's Office, U.S.

Congress and Senate (what I proposed/promoted while in Washington, DC last

year), and the Federal Grand Jury to investigate major violations of law in

conflicts of interest, racketeering, fraud and deceit, collusion, fraudulent

concealment, and other illicit activities concerning exposures of fungi and

human health, esp., against the tobacco industry as well. This total story

doesn't involve just indoor environments, but all kinds of products that are

literally poisoning Americans supposedly under the cover of legal means. Even in

California Prop-65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) is

rarely enforced by the State Attorney General's Office that is charged to

enforce it. The chemical listing in their charge has over 10 chemicals know as

mycotoxins or derivatives of mycotoxins that can cause cancers and birth

defects. (Source " Chemicals " ): http://ag.ca.gov/prop65/)

List Source: http://www.oehha.ca.gov/prop65/prop65_list/files/032108list.pdf)

A few years ago when I spoke directly to the Assistant Attorney General, he was

a total waste of my time and effort. When I told him that County Code

Enforcement Officers (CEfOs) were not performing their duty as mandated under

Prop-65, according to federal clean air standards (relating mycotoxins to clean

air and water application), I was told that CEfOs were not obligated under

federal laws affecting California. That was pure horse manure, as all of us are

obligated to federal laws when they affect public health and safety. Why do you

think those inadequate signs regulating Prop-65 are posted on buildings and in

offices... they are mandated. So much for the Attorney General's Office

supporting the rights to safe living in California. If we don't have the

Attorney General protecting our rights and laws, who do we really have? This

goes back to a former statement I have made that, " Government agencies are

specifically designed to protect the government's interest as a priority and

citizens who pay the toll for them secondly, if at all. " Former California

Attorney General and now U.S. Congressman Dan Lungren proved that to me recently

when he totally neglected my consult that foreign soils were being brought into

the United States illegally by a local biopesticide company; smuggled past

Customs at International airports; never licensed by the USDA Animal & Plant

Health Inspection Service (APHIS), and laughed about by its employees. I posed

that this is a National Security Department of Homeland Security matter that has

been completely overlooked and that it is a problem where in a laboratory that

had substandard conditions and monitoring protocol such as this particular one

had, could potentially hire the wrong person who could virtually wipe out an

entire city through disease caused by genetic mutation of the many unknown and

unscientifically analyzed hundreds of thousands microorganisms that just one

ounce of these soils might contain. Do nothing Congressman Lungren, who is

Chairman of the Homeland Security Subcommitte has not contacted me since, and

this is a very REAL threat. Just think of the uncontrollable diseases and

potential human genetic implications that foods coated with these microbes used

to ward off and kill other mainly micro fungi microbes might cause in the human

body, with no formal diagnosis potential or cure applications. This, as I stated

is real and it is happening right here in Northern California and perhaps

nationally.

I hope that people visiting " Sickbuildings " will take the time to completely

read what I posted last night and respond to it letting me know what they

think... then, become involved. I have written many things over the years and

have spent a great deal of time researching and supporting all that I have

written. Today, my hands are weakening with time and disease directly related to

indoor fungal exposures, and I want to know if it is worth all the physical pain

involved. Please let me be aware of your thoughts and ideas.

May you be Blessed and stay safe.
